30 DAY CHALLENGE WITH HOLISTIC APPROACH TO FITNESS AND HEALTH, THAT WILL HELP YOU STRENGTHEN AND TONE YOUR BODY, IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH AND MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER JUST RIGHT FOR SUMMER!
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 3/4 DAY WORKOUT SPLIT (YOU CHOOSE WHEN YOU WANT TO WORKOUT) THAT INCLUDE 2 OPTIONS: SELF TRAINING OR FOLLOW ALONG AND 1 LIVE WORKOUT EACH WEEK WITH JOANNA (VIA ZOOM)
- ADDITIONAL MINI CIRCUITS (OPTIONAL)
- DAILY MINI CHALLENGES AND MOTIVATION (E.G. STRETCH, DAILY STEPS CHALLENGE, ETC)
- NUTRITION ADVICE - HOW TO INCORPORATE SMALL CHANGES IN OUR DAILY LIVES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE OUR EATING HABITS
- PRIVATE WHATSAPP GROUP - DIRECT FORM OF CONTACT WITH JOANNA AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS - PERFECT DOSE OF DAILY MOTIVATION, SUPPORT AND POSITIVE ENERGY!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1. RESISTANCE BANDS - (BOOTY BANDS- HARD AND EASY)
2. WEIGHTS (2 DUMBBELS) - alternatively heavy items from the household
3. CHAIR / BENCH / SOFA
4. LOTS OF POSITIVE ENERGY!! :)
